Can Byetta and Januvia be a treatment plan?  Are they the same type of drug?

Byetta and Januvia are somewhat similar, but are different types of drugs. I suppose that you could use them together -- if that is what your doctor prescribes -- but Byetta is not approved for use with Januvia.
