You can take a cooling pack.

Did you know that insulin does NOT have to be in a fridge? I keep mine just in my room at normal temp and it works just fine.

Just like Jam said you do not have to store your insulin in the refrigerator.  If you are like me worried about traveling and insulin supplies, I would recommend a carrying case with a cold pak. The ADA (american diabetes association) has information about insulin storage on their site. Have a great vacation.
