i'd like to see articles/information on glycemic index

Hello Alynsach,
Boy howdy have you come to the right place for this!! Our own medical writer, David Mendosa has written extensively about the glycemic index and keeps it up to date. You can read all of David's share posts here, but you can start with this one that explains the glycemic index and offers information. There is also a good overview here in the diet and exercise portion of the site.
