Hi, Thank you for your question. At this time, Byetta is not approved for use with Lantus. It is only approved for use with two classes of diabetic medications - biguanides (metformin) and sulfonylureas (glipizide, glyburide, and glimepiride). I hope this helps. Best of luck, Casey
