Are Doctor's/Pre-op physicals for "sugical clearance" known to exaggerate the "RISKS" ?

my P.C.DOCTOR has recently "denied me clearance" for eye catract surgery; and falsely claimed i'd had "angioplasy & a stent treatment " in my past; which is FALSE.  In 2005; a Pre-op the day before prostate surgery has labeled me "elevated Risk" and required "clearance from Nebraska Heart…
