9 year old has A1C of 6.3, but fasting gluc is always high 80's. OGTT needed?

The last A1C test done on my child was 6.3.  Her fasting glocose levels are always in the high 80's or low 90's.  Her physician thinks she should have an Oral Glucose Tolerance Test to see if she has diabletes.    She is overweight, but is in a 'Fit Kid' program (fitness and...
