I drink coffee or iced tea, and afterwards, my sugar level will spike up to 100 points or more.

Caffeine raises blood sugar- that's one of the reasons caffeine is considered a doping product and is banned from some sporting competitions.

The other explanation could be that a sugar terrorist has diabolically spliced sugar into the Equal batches at the distribution plant.  But have no fear- the only side effect from this tampering is that your coffee may taste a little sweeter :)

I have never heard of this!

Maybe because equal is made from real sugar..and somehow it effects you. Are you sure it's nothing else causing it? If it effects you this much can you switch over to sweet and low?
