How long have you been taking metformin? And do you eat with your pills? I have been taking Metformin for atleast 4 years and I still get sick when I take them off schedule or without foodFrown I'm not a Doctor, but it is always best to drink plenty of water when taking any kind of pills. Because really any medicine you take gets filtered through your kidneys, so you really need that extra water to help your kidneys to work there best.

Best of luck,

Sarah
