Hi sunderb123,   There's no reason that your diabetes would prevent you from having a happy marriage! There are many members of our community who do have great marriages with diabetes. You should read our expert Kelsey Bonilla's latest post, the patient perspective, for a look at a successful marriage and how support from loved ones is helpful in diabetes care.    It's true that mood swings can occur when blood sugars are not in good control, but you are ahead of the game because you are aware that that can happen and are taking good care of your diabetes.
