I am so tired and I have no energy, I get sick if I do too much. My liver enzymes are elevated.

My sugar is slightly elevated as well.  I have been having shortness of breath and heart palpatations. I have had a stress test and an echocardiagram.  I have a mitro valve prolapse but everything else is okay. I hurt in my arms and neck (it feels like it's in my veins).  I have swelling in my limph nodes in my jaw and neck.  I am overweight, I am having a hard time loosing.  I have gained alot of weight in the last year.  Please if you have any ideas let me know.  I am scheduled for more blood work and more testing at the end of July.I feel horrible and seem to be getting worse.  My dad died at an early age 56 with Primary Amyloidosis.I had a total hystorectomy in 2000.  I am 41 years old.
