Michael-

Hello! would 150 be your fasting blood glucose levels?  if it is your fasting you could be having a bout with the dawn phenomenon or the somogyi effect.

I had am issue with the Dawn Phenomenon. I was able to correct it by cutting out my bed time snack, limiting my dinner carbs and taking a short walk. You should also consult with your physician if you are having issues with your AM bg's.
