Type 1 diabetic for 22 yrs. How common is it to have complications

As I was saying..I maintained my weight and for the most part my blood sugars have always been a roller coaster. I am 45 yrs old...My doctors are confused,I have become very sensetive to my insulian. I used to have to do 60 units of Lantas and I now do 1 unit,and novolog is usually 1 or a half…
