Why is the FDA violating regulation by allowing insulin to be called Humulin which is misleading ?

Humulin insulin is not human insulin as the name implies. The FDA has to approve a product's name and it goes against the FDA's regulation to allow " fanciful " names or false and/ or misleading claims embedded in the name.
