Q: Diabetes Insipidus Bodybuilding and Creatine supplements is it pointless?

Hi, I am 26 I have diabetes insipidus from when I am 7 and i take 4 times a day (every 6 hours) desmopressine (desmomelt) sub-lingual caps (they do the job instead the hormone of liquids)Now about my concerns,I do sport (bodybuilding) from 6 months and I recently (about 2 weeks ago) started to take creatine (obviously just recommended dose) but if creatine retain liquids and it start to work when your body is sature of it,  and my diabetes insipidus expels liquids from my body, is the creatine going to be pointless for me in the help of getting muscle and bulk up?I want specify I do regular exercise I drink water 3L per day and I try to control my "liquid loss" taking my desmopressin 20-30 mins before the effect finish, but in the morning its too late and when i wake up I just got the feeling that I`m urinating all the liquids (creatine retained included)So what do you think? Is it pointless for me to take creatine or its just going to work anyway somehow? Thanks
