I have noticed that on days of higher physical activity my legs hurt more at night. Should I limit how much I'm on my feet during the day?

What is the best meds I can take for peripheral Neurothopy? I am disabled, and I am on Medicaid, which meds is covered by medicaid for this particular problem??
