Reese-   I agree with Frank. Yes, you are considered a Type 2.  I would also like to touch on the "tingling" your having in your feet.  You may want to talk to your Doctor, sounds like you maybe getting a case of diabetic neuropathy. I am not sure if you have any information on it but if you click here it will explain what neuropathy is.  Please inform your Physician  about the tingling in your feet, he or she can run proper test to see if you have neuropathy.   Cherise Community Moderator
