Roise-

Hello! Are you taking insulin or are you on oral medication. ? I personally wouldn't eat 3 cookies only 1 but I am on insulin and I can bolus for it. If you are on oral medication it's hard to be able to cover your meals because the medication has a peek time. Are you watching your carb intake? If not you should be.  You have to know how many carbs your eating.  You may also want to go to the Doctor and explain to them what's going on. You may either need to cut back on the carbs you eat, cut down on the cookies or need a medication change. Consult with your Doctor, they will be able to direct you on what needs to be done. Let me know if you need anything elseSmile.
