Q: what should you eat/drink if your blood sugar suddenly drops?

if you are diabetic but not on medication, i.e. a mild case..what should you eat/drink if your blood sugar suddenly drops?

4-6 oz of juice (apple, orange) should do it for you. If your sugars suddenly drop, you should consult with your doctor. Hypoglycemia can indicate other things, like insulin issues.
