Why are suplements ignored ?

My physician - bless his soul -  showed me an article in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) indicating RED KOREAN Ginseng was shown to be a positive

in blood sugar control.

He also suggested I use Alpha Lipoic Acid which is widely used in Europe.

Another is Chromium Picolinate which has worked great for me !

Never saw ONE MENTION in a diabetes publication. I have my suspicions as to why but then this would never get printed..
