About Nut Flours: Has anyone tried baking or cooking with nut flours?

I was reading that the nut flours are lower carb and lower glycemic.  Just wondering if anyone has tried them, and if they are worth it ?   The most popular one is almond, but they have pecan, macadamia, cashew, etc.

Hello! I read that alomond flour is more like wheat flour due to the low fat content. I would say try it. Test your bg's and if you don't see a high rise in your bg's then continue to use it.  Our bodies are so different, even though we have the same disease.
