Q: left foot numb up to knee

my left foot is numb up to my knee an painful an i have high blood pressure

Simple. You have nerve damage from years of high blood surgar. Some repair is possible with insulin injections of the short acting type, keep blood sugar well controlled and exercise like a mad man. Exercise restores neurons which have been damaged.
