I am a 48 year old female. one and a half stone overweight though I have lost 8 lbs since finding out I was glucose intolerant. I have severe upper right abdominal pain with no rhyme nor reason to its onset. Any suggestions

could be gas: try low lactose, low fiber diet to see if goes away; or, try probiotics
or, could be diverticulitis- high fiber diet for regular bowel movements is key (avoiding constipation)
or, could be liver flareup- especially if any history of being a rummy :)- simple blood test can rule out liver, but not needed unless you develop other symptoms (vomiting or diarrhea)- good luck and remember- 1.5 stones isn't bad... depending on the size of the stone!?
