Hello! You can pretty much eat what you would like but in moderation.  You have to watch high carb foods-breads, pasta's, junk food etc. I honestly stay away from juice.  I drink tea's and diet drinks. Juice has way to much sugar and carbs. The best way to determine what's ok to eat is to check your blood glucose levels 2 hours about you eat. If they are below 140 your good to go.  If not you'll have to make adjustments as needed. Click here, it will take you to managing diabetes.
