I have chest pains when my blood sugar drops and it has been dropping more often then normal

I have had type 2 diabetics for 6 years I take medication , in the pass few years I have been having Low Blood sugar attackes very often, where it drops so low I can hardly get to drink some O/J or something sweet. it has been as low as 54- 63 71 at times and it takes about 20 min's for it to go...
