since i'm taking metforming my sugar has ben over 225 it was never over 140 when i was takingacto

I change my medicine to metformin but my sugar is allways over 225. Im happy because I have lost 30 lb but why is my sugar so hight. When I was taking actos it was never that hight I was allways 142 or lower . I dont get hungry do you tink that I should i ask my doctor for...
