Yes, she has recently been approved for a pump. We are trying to figure out how to keep it in her pj top. Her nurse suggested a pouch in the center of the back....

I would ask if the nurse has ever slept with a pump pressing up against the rib cage! My suggestion is to thing about l=places that have plenty of cushion like the belly, or side. If she rolls over and is on top of the pumps it could be very uncomfortable! Take a look at the website above and if you have questions send them to pumpwear! They're really helpful!
