Q: Glucovance, thorazine and metoprolol

My son who has autism and paranoid shizophrenia had recently began taking glucovance for diabetes. When he began taking glucovance he began having severe psychosis along with violent behavior. I researched online and read that it may have an effect or alter the effects of some medications that my son take, namely metoprolol and thorazine. Could glucovance alter the performance of my son's thorazine causing this severe psychosis?
