Q: Out of insulin- pharmacy closed. Take another Januvia instead?

I thought I still had more Lantus pens in my drawer, but I don't. I take 24 units each night and my last pen has only 4 units left in it. The pharmacy is closed until morning. Should I use the 4 units and wait until morning, take another Januvia (100), which I normally just take one of each day at midday, or something else? Thanking you in advance for your time and answer.
