Reply to an Answer

In response to:
Cherise, why would you take those yucky glucose tablets or the gel when it's a golden opportunity to have some sugar that you like? Like a real coke or some 7-up? Even if you're out in public, there's always a gas station that sells pop or candy. I would have those tablets only as a last resort when there is nowhere to get something yummy. Of course you can't pig out on it, but 4 ounces of 7-up is like ambrosia compared to that stuff.
