Wednesday, September 15, 2010 Kathy asks

Q: My count was 124 at night. The next morning my count was 136. I didn't eat during the night. I did get a shower before I took my count. Why?

Food isn't the only thing that can spike up sugar levels. The amount of sleep you had and the amount of exercise you had can also affect it. I don't think the shower has anything to do with it though!
