Kay-   Hello! There could be a number of things that could be causing your bg's to go up and down. I am guessing this wouldn't be fasting bg's.  Are you on your cycle? I know that could cause your bg's to go up.  Have you been stressed out about anything? Stress can cause your numbers to go high. I would say the best thing to do is consult with your physician. Speaking from personal experience..If I notice my numbers are off for more than 3 days I call the Endo.    Cherise Community Moderator
