Normal ranges for glucose tests are 80-140. My doctor says under 90 before eating and under 140 1 hour after eating. Make sure you consult with your doctor or endocrinologist about what levels are correct for you. Also, you need to be aware of potential risks (hypoglycemia, ketoacidosis, etc) that you have the potential for.
