Larri-   Hello! I am sorry that you and your family are going through tuff times. I think it is also crazy that you can't qualify for assistance. You are hurting yourself a great deal by not eating and it's not good for your diabetes at all. Have you tried any local food pantries, salvation army or any churches? I know there are a few churches who offer assistance and will give you food also. My heart goes out to you and your family. You might want to try googling local food pantries in the area you live in.
