I have been diagnosed diabetes 2 for some 10 years; changed my lifestyle although not too strict about diet within reasons. Treated with 2 tabs glucophase a day and fasting count of around 6/7 after four hours but wake up with 7/8 count and two after meal even 11 count.

What can I do to get back down to under 6 on fasting and under 10 after meals?
