Q: What to give my grandfather for dinner if he is diabetic and cannot eat vitamin k

My grandfather has diabetes but he cannot have anything with Vitamin K in it. What kinds of foods can we give him?

i seriously doubt he's not allowed any Vit K- if i may guess he's on coumadin, then he can have vit K foods in stable amounts (small servings)- if it is true that he cannot eat any K, then i suggest going to "dr. gourmet" website on coumadin- it is excellent and has an EXTENSIVE list of Vit K foods
