Q: Have had Type 1 diabetes for 38 years, had kidney transplant, triple bypass, stents right leg, pvd,

avascular necrosis in both hips, neuropathy, retinopathy, toes amutated both feet, hypertension, and high cholestral. This past week woke up with sugar low in middle of nite went back to sleep woke up at 5 sugar was good, but couldn't sit up room spinning, got nausea and dry heaves. Laid back down woke at 8 same problem. At 9 called son came home gave me my meds, vomited them up, still very dizzy, started to have chest pains. Called ambulance. Had several tests, end results given meds for vertigo, and found small blockage during stess test. Have to call cardiologist, but more concern about vertigo still here, at least able to move about, but wouldn't trust self to drive.  What could still cause the vertigo and still not feeling right.
