Q: why is it imprtant to test your blood daily?

if the reading is high for serval time a day , what do you do for it , or the same with it below 90. just because i know the number what do you do i know when i feel bad or good.

That is actually a very good question, although it is heresy according to current wisdom. In fact there was a study done recently in Britain that showed no improvement in blood sugar numbers in those who tested regularly versus those who did not. And the ones who tested regularly suffered more emotionally when their numbers were not good. That did not, however, improve their numbers. It merely made them depressed. You might search online for this study. As I said, though, just about everyone in the US insists that daily checking is important. You'll have to decide for yourself what works for you.
