can coming off insulin cause urinary problems and what kinds

 I was put on insulin in february and was recently taken off of it because i have a hypersensitivity to any insulin and my doctor has put me on different antibiotics since february for uti and its not clearing it up what can be wrong and i also got vasculitis from the insulin.Please reply
