Bryan-

Your wife my be having extremely low blood sugar or extremely high blood sugar.  I don't think it's the medicationLaughing.  I am a diabetic and when I get angry about something stupid or if I get overly excited about something Scott (husband) always tells me to check my blood sugar and you know what, it is either too low or too high.  I know it is a hard thing for you to go through but hang in there. You might want to ask her to check her bg's to see if she is having the same issue a lot of diabetic's have.
