I am having type 2 diabeties since last 5 years, Now my problem is in Night I could not sleep, and having pain in shoulders and arms, i have loss wgight also. before I was healthy now I had become silm , my age is 63 years. Pl. suggest any medicine or ant diet so that i will get relief.

I had the same problem. It turned out that I had carpal tunnel in both wrists and neck problems c3-c7. I had surgery in both wrists and shots in my neck and now I am pain free both day and night. Everything else that I tried had not worked.
