i am having type 2 diabeties , my problem is having pain in shoulders ,in night I could not sleep

I am having type 2 diabeties since last 5 years, Now my problem is in Night I could not sleep, and having pain in shoulders and arms, i have loss wgight also. before I was healthy now I had become silm , my age is 63 years. Pl. suggest any medicine or ant diet so that i will get relief.
