i beilved diabete need light, i heard the goventment ban 150w blub then ban 100 w then will be ban 60w? WILL EFFECT diabete?

Hello! I have never heard f diabetic's needing more light. I do know that a lot of Physicians and Endocrinologist are finding diabetic's are low in vitamin "D". Could this be what your talking about?
