Q: I just ate no sugar added ice cream and 2 hrs later took my blood glucose and it read 133 how bad is

that?

133 is a perfectly normal glucose reading for a diabetic. However, if your glucose was raised slightly after eating the icecream, it is probably due to the fact that it's "no sugar added", which means that it still has some net carbohydrates, but isn't sweetened with real sugar.

It's not a bad reading at all, but if you want to test your glucose after eating, do it before you start, and about 15 minutes after you eat, because simple carbohydrates kick in quickly.
