Sinking feeling on taking diabetes medication

  My uncle is a 60 yr old.

 

He is taking GLYCIPHAGE SR 1gm,A CARBOZ 50 mg,DAONIL 5 mg for diabetes.

On taking these sinking feeling developes at times which goes away only  after consumption of sugar and carbohydrates .

 

when the sinking occurs the blood sugar level is still high,higher than the normal range.

 

why does the sinking feeling occur?And what is the remedy?
