Q: I shake my legs a lot is that because of the amount of sugar I eat in my diet?

I heard that eating to much sugar can cause your legs to twitch a lot is this true because it happens all the time when Im sitting or lying in bed.

Hello! You should check your blood sugar while your legs are shaking.  You could be experiencing hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), hyperglycemia (high blood sugar) or you could be a very nervous person. You should talk to your doctor to see what is causing your legs to shake. If you click the highlighted words it will take you to the signs and symptoms of hypo and hyperglycemia.
