Q: Is there a cure for diabetes? I see quite a lot of claims on the net.

I would love to tell you there is a cure for diabetes but there isn't. The advertising you see is false. The closest thing to a cure right now is a pancreas transplant and there is a long waiting list for it. Hopefully one day there will be a cure but I personally thing it's going to be a while.
