djreg-   Hello! Honestly, I would say it has to do with what reacts to the best. I have been using humalog and it works great for me, may not for you. I would ask your Doctor and see what he says about the 2. What insulin are you currently using and are you having issues with the insulin? the only reason I asked is, if you aren't having any problems you may want to stick with what you are using.
