stung by bee, any risks?

I haven't been stung by a bee in a long time.  I don't believe being stung by a bee has a different reaction for people who have diabetes. You can pull the stinger out with your hands and clean the bee sting. You will need to watch to see if the area that was stung gets swollen, itchy or  red which mean it can be infected.  You will need to call your Doctor.

 

 If you have an allergic reaction to bee sting's you will need to carry a epinephrine auto-injector (EpiPen®).
