Breyer's Carb smart and or No sugar added Breyer's.

Also, you could make your own with your own choice of low glycemic sweetener....

but a lot of the ice cream machines seem a bit of a hassle.  Does anyone have one?

I have found a non dairy frozen dessert with 6 grams of fiber and a low glycemic index.  It is sweetened with agave syrup which is low glycemic, and I saw it in chocolate and vanilla.  It is called Purely Decadent by Turtle Mountain.  I added a handful of nuts to the chocolate, and this did not spike me.   It is made with coconut milk, and is not low fat, but it is all natural, without a long ingredient list.   I am happy, and actually was satisfied at one serving, and loved the creamy texture.   Just wanted to share this.. the company also makes other items made with soy, and also some sugar free offerings.  Who knew that coconut milk was a great base too ?
