Good Morning, There is one on this site right here http://www.healthcentral.com/diabetes/diet.html?ic=4019 on the left side about half way down. There are 2 links one with the lists and one with instructions. I can not offer an opinion as I am a carb counter with an eye on the Glycemic index.
